SPLASH WATER PARK DAY PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Splash Day Pass is valid for one day entry only.
2. Guests must show a valid Indonesian KTP to the Receptionist upon arrival. Failure to show, normal prices apply.
3. Entrance to Splash Water Park and 1x Single Deluxe Bed perAdult (with no minimum spends, walk-In only and subject to availability).
4. Towel and Locker available for rent at Splash Water Park.
5. In the event of renovation or unexpected closure of Splash Water Park and FINNS Recreation Club areas, The Management of FINNS Bali will contact you as soon as possible with Alternatives.
6. Waiver Form must be signed upon arrival.
7. Personal accident insurance is guest responsibility. A day policy is available for purchase at Reception.
8. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or events.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Original vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
2. Confirmed bookings need to be sent to [email protected] . Reservations Team will record the bookings for invoicing.
3. Reservations Is required of sell & report basis to [email protected] minimum 1 day prior to guest arrival.
4. Reservations canceled outside 30 days prior to arrival incur nil penalty. Cancellation inside 30 days will be charged 100%.
5. Amendments are permitted without penalty within 30 days from original booking date.
6. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, non-returnable or exchangeable for cash.
7. No outside food and beverage permitted to the venues.
8. FINNS Beach club entrance is not valid for special events.
9. Closed on Nyepi Day (Silence Day) on Monday, 11' March 2024.
10. Selling FINNS products via Online Travel Agent is not permitted.
11. Combining FINNS product with other 3rd party supplier requires permission from FINNS Management.
12. Any breach of condition .10 and .11 will result in immediate cancellation of this contract.
13. This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and their designee, and shall not be disclosed to third parties. Unauthorized disclosure of contents will automatically cancel this agreement.
14. The laws constituted by the Republic of Indonesia govern this contract agreement. Al legal issues shall be handled by the appropriate Indonesian authorities.
15. Prices are net including tax and service charge and are subject to change.
16. Contract rates are for FIT. GIT will be refused reservations and entrance.
17. All marketing materials must be approved by FINNS Bali.
18. Any promotions or advertising below published rate must be approved by FINNS Bali.
19. Any person with head and/or facial tattoos is not permitted to enter FINNS Bali venues, please see below:
