• Participants are required to make the payment based on the regulations determined by LOKET.COM after filling the registration form. 
• Please make the payment right after registering, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of this registration.
• If participants have failed to do payment within the expected time or due to the expiry of the payment code, participants are expected to do a re-registration. Please be aware of the payment deadline to prevent payment failure.

REGISTRATION

1. Participants must re-register before entering the venue
2. Participants must show their e-ticket for entry requirements and fill in the attendance list according to the data on the ticket
3. If the committee does not recognize the participant’s identity and/or the name does not match when registering, then the committee has the right to refuse the participant's attendance
4. After the re-registration, participants are entitled to receive a seminar kit
5. Participants who join seminar via Zoom meeting are required to re-register by showing the ticket holder’s name and e-ticket file
6. For online participants who purchase bundle tickets, participants are required to notify the committee regarding the display names of the two participants that will be used in the Zoom meeting room.
7. Participants who join seminar via Zoom meeting are required to use the same name as when registering at the display name section
8. If the committee does not recognize the participant’s identity and/or the name does not match when registering, then the committee has the right to remove the participant from the Zoom meeting room
9. Participants are not allowed to share the ID and passcode of the Zoom webinar with others in order to keep personal data security

MAIN EVENT and QnA SESSION

1. Offline participants who need assistance can reach out to the nearest Committee inside the venue.
2. Please limit yourself from repeatedly entering and exiting the venue as it may disturb the speakers and the other participants
3. All questions asked must be relevant to the seminar’s topic.
4. Offline participants will be allowed to ask during QnA session by raising their hands.
5. Online participants can submit their questions via the Q&A box with the format (Name)_(Institution of origin)_(To whom the question is addressed)_(Question).
6. If you have any further questions regarding the webinar, please send a private chat in Zoom to the committee.
7. Participants are not allowed to share the ID and passcode of the Zoom webinar with others in order to keep personal data security

POST EVENT and SYMPOSIUM

1. Participants must fill out the evaluation survey form via google form. The link of the survey will be displayed at the end of the seminar
2. The symposium will be held after the offline ISON event in G Building FKM UI.
3. Online participants can join the symposium session by joining either one of the two breakout rooms in the Zoom meeting.
4. Certificates will be given to participants who attend the full event (webinar and symposium) and fill out the attendance list as well as the evaluation survey form.
5. If by any chance participants could not attend the symposium session, please notify the committees for further information.

ADDITIONAL RULES

1. Please dress appropriately and be punctual.
2. For offline participants, the following items are prohibited:

• No eating and drinking inside the room
• No weapons allowed
• No illegal substances allowed
• No laser pointers allowed
• No cigarettes allowed
