Dengan membeli tiket "Holywings Sport Show Series 5” in Jakarta, Pembeli telah menyetujui semua Syarat dan Ketentuan yang berlaku. Segala bentuk pelanggaran atas ketentuan dari pihak Penyelenggara akan ditindak secara tegas.
By purchasing a ticket for "Holywings Sport Show Series 5” in Jakarta, the Event Attendee has agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions. All forms of violation of the terms and conditions will be dealt with strictly.

KETENTUAN UMUM
GENERAL REGULATIONS

• Tiket hanya berlaku apabila pembelian dilakukan sesuai dengan tata cara yang telah ditentukan oleh penyedia layanan transaksi elektronik/onlinesebagaimana tertera pada website resmi Penyelenggara atau tempat penjualan tiket resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika tidak, Pembeli tidak akan dapat melakukan verifikasi apakah e-voucher yang dimiliki Pembeli adalah tiket yang sah atau tidak
  Tickets are only valid if the purchase is made in accordance with the procedure that has been determined by the online purchase through electronic/online transactions on the Promoter’s official website or ticket box appointed by the Promoter (authorized ticket box). Otherwise, the Event attendee will not be able to verify if the e-voucher is an authorized or unauthorized copy.
• E-voucher bersifat rahasia dan bukan untuk dibagikan. Pembeli paham dan mengerti apabila dibagikan akan memiliki resiko e-voucher bisa berpindah tangan
  E-vouchers are confidential and not to be shared. Purchasers are aware and understand that if shared, there is a risk that the e-voucher can be transferred.
• Pihak Promotor dan ticketing partner resmi yang ditunjuk menjamin hanya akan mengeluarkan e-voucher kepada Pembeli yang sah
  The Promoter and the appointed official ticketing partner guarantee that they will only issue e-vouchers to authorized Buyers.
• Perpindahan kepemilikan dan atau pemalsuan e-voucher/tiket/gelang berada di luar kendali dan bukan menjadi tanggung jawab Promotor
  Transfer of ownership and or forgery of e-vouchers/tickets/wristbands are beyond the control and not the responsibility of the Promoter
• Nomor kursi akan diberikan kepada Pembeli dengan system first come first serve, berdasarkan nomor urut yang tersedia pada saat penukaran
  Seat number will be assigned to Attendees using first come first serve system, based the available number at the redemption
• Setiap e-voucher menggunakan kode unik (barcode) tersendiri dan berlaku hanya untuk satu orang, e-voucher yang sudah digunakan tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Penggandaan e-voucher tidak dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke dalam event berulang kali
  Each e-voucher has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. The e-voucher can only be used once. E-voucher duplication for multiple entries to the event is prohibited
• Dengan membeli tiket, maka Pembeli telah menyetujui pengumpulan, penyimpanan dan penggunaan data pribadi yang ada untuk keperluan acara “Holywings Sport Show Series 5” in Jakarta
  By purchasing a ticket, the Buyer has agreed to the collection, storage, and use of personal data for the purposes of the “Holywings Sport Show Series 5” in Jakarta
• E-voucher wajib ditukarkan dengan wristband selama periode penukaran

• Tiket atau e-voucher yang sudah dibeli tidak untuk diperjualbelikan kembali dengan harga yang lebih tinggi dari harga resmi yang telah ditentukan oleh Penyelenggara. Jika terdapat indikasi pelanggaran, maka Penyelenggara berhak untuk melakukan upaya hukum dan/atau membatalkan tiket tersebut
  Tickets or e-vouchers that have been purchased are not to be resold at a higher price than the official price determined by the Promoter. In case of any indication of a violation, the Promoter has the right to take legal action and/or cancel the ticket.

• Tidak ada gelang pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apa pun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak
  No replacement wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost & damaged for any reason. Promoters are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged wristband(s)
• Tiket yang dibeli di tidak bisa digunakan untuk keperluan komersial (hadiah/giveaway, kontes, atau undian). Apabila tiket digunakan tidak sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada maka dapat dibatalkan dan tidak ada pengembalian dana, pemegang tiket akan ditolak masuk ke dalam area acara, tanpa terkecuali
  Tickets purchased cannot be used for commercial purposes (giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes). If the tickets used are not in accordance with existing regulations, they can be canceled with no refunds being issued. Ticket holders will be refused entry into the event area, without exception

BATASAN UMUR
AGE RESTRICTIONS

• Identitas (dengan foto) resmi yang dianggap berlaku adalah Kartu Tanda Penduduk bagi Warga Negara Indonesia, Surat Izin Mengemudi, Paspor, Kartu Pelajar/Mahasiswa, dan Kartu Identitas dari Negara asal bagi Warga Negara Asing
  National Identification Card, or Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) for Indonesian citizens, Driving License, Passport, Student Card, and Basic Resident Registration Card are valid forms of ID (with photo)
• Anak-anak dibawah umur 14 tahun wajib didampingi oleh orang-tua atau wali
  Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Anak-anak dibawah umur 18 tahun tidak diperkenankan memasuki area festival atau berdiri.
  Children under 18 years old are not allowed to enter the festival or standing area.
• Anak-anak di bawah 6 tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke tempat pertunjukan

• Hanya tiket CAT 2 yang dapat diakses oleh penonton yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus dengan menggunakan kursi roda (tempat terbatas)
  Only CAT 2 tickets can be accessed by Audience with special needs using wheelchairs (limited space)
• Pemilik tiket berkebutuhan khusus dengan menggunakan kursi roda dapat menghubungi pihak Promotor melalui [email protected] dengan melampirkan Surat Keterangan dari rumah sakit 
  Event Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs can contact the Promoter via [email protected] by attaching a Medical Statement from the hospital
• Bagi Ibu hamil wajib membawa Surat Rekomendasi dokter dan surat izin bermaterai dari suami dan tidak diperbolehkan untuk berada di area festival
  Pregnant women are required to bring a doctor's recommendation letter and a stamped permission letter from their husband and are not allowed to be in the festival area
• Pemilik tiket dengan kondisi memiliki penyakit berat seperti gangguan jantung, tekanan darah rendah dan yang lainnya tidak diperbolehkan untuk menghadiri acara/konser. Keterangan lebih lanjut bisa hubungi [email protected]

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY
KEBIJAKAN TIDAK KELUAR MASUK

• Harap diingat bahwa memasuki area konser atau event hanya satu kali (tidak berulang), apapun tiket kelas yang telah dibeli
  Please keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again
• Penyelenggara acara berhak melarang untuk masuk ke lokasi penyelenggaraan acara apabila wristbanddengan kode unik (barcode) diketahui telah digunakan sebelumnya oleh pengunjung lainnya
  The organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket/wristband with a barcode that has been used previously by others
   

KEBIJAKAN UMUM
GENERAL POLICIES

• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk tidak mengizinkan Penonton masuk ke area konser apabila melanggar dari ketentuan ini
  The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry to the concert area if attendees fail to comply with this regulation
• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk menuntut secara hukum terhadap siapapun yang mendapatkan tiket dengan cara yang tidak sah, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penggandaan tiket ataupun dengan cara lain mendapatkan tiket tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh penyelenggara acara
  The Promoter reserves the right to legally prosecute anyone who obtains tickets in an unauthorized manner, including but not limited to duplicating tickets or in other ways obtaining tickets not by the provisions set by the Promoter
• Pihak Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian pembeli tiket yang menyebabkan E-voucher / Wristband yang telah dibeli jatuh ke tangan orang lain (atau berada dalam penguasaan orang lain) yang kemudian digunakan sebagai tanda masuk yang sah ke lokasi acara
  The Promoter is not responsible for any negligence that resulted in the e-voucher/ wristband being misplaced or lost (or in the possession of another person) and is used to enter the venue by others
• Jika terjadi pembatalan konser, maka Tiket akan dikembalikan sesuai dengan ketentuan Penyelenggara. Pengembalian harga Tiket tidak termasuk Biaya Platform, Biaya Lainnya dan biaya pribadi Pembeli Tiket (contoh biaya perjalanan, biaya akomodasi, dll).
  In the event of a cancelled concert, tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Organizer. Refunds do not include Platform Fee, Convenience Fee, and any other personal costs of the Ticket Buyer (e.g. travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc).
• Pembeli membebaskan pihak Promotor dan tidak akan mengajukan tuntutan hukum apapun apabila acara/pertunjukan dibatalkan semata – mata karena sebab keputusan sepihak dari artis, pemerintah, ataupun sebab - sebab lain yang berada di luar dari kemampuan dan kehendak dari pihak Promotor
  Purchaser hereby agrees to release the Promoter from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or other causes beyond the capacity and will of the Promoter
• Untuk alasan keselamatan, Promotor memiliki hak untuk menunda, membatalkan, atau menghentikan jalannya acara; menahan Pengunjung untuk tetap berada di lokasi acara untuk sementara waktu hingga acara berakhir; mengevakuasi sebagian atau keseluruhan Pengunjung dari lokasi acara dan juga berhak menolak Pengunjung untuk masuk ke lokasi acara meskipun telah memiliki tiket masuk yang sah tanpa ada kompensasi apapun kepada Pengunjung
  For security reasons, the Promoter has the right to postpone, cancel, or stop the event; temporarily detain Event Attendee at the location until the event ends; evacuate some or all Event Attendees from the location and also refuse to give access to Event Attendees to enter the event location even though they have a valid entry ticket, without any compensation to the Event Attendee
• Pihak Promotor berhak untuk melarang pengunjung untuk memasuki lokasi acara apabila pengunjung tidak memiliki tiket yang sah
  The Promoter has the right to prohibit visitors from entering the event location if visitors do not have a valid ticket
• Pihak Promotor berhak mengeluarkan pengunjung dari lokasi acara apabila dipandang perlu untuk alasan keamanan, kenyamanan pengunjung lainnya, serta demi menjamin kelancaran penyelenggaraan acara
  The Promoter is entitled to remove the audience from the venue event if it is deemed necessary for safety, for the convenience of other audiences, and to ensure the integrity of the event
• Penonton diharuskan memakai gelang khusus setiap saat selama berada di lokasi acara. Kehilangan gelang khusus tersebut akan berakibat pengujung tidak diperbolehkan memasuki lokasi acara
  Event attendees must wear wristbands at all times at the venue. Those who lose their wristband for anyreason will not be allowed entry into the event
• Dalam keadaan tertentu, area – area tertentu di dalam lokasi acara dapat menjadi area terlarang untuk dimasuki penonton
  In certain circumstances, some areas within the venue may become restricted
• Setiap orang yang berusaha untuk memasuki lokasi acara tanpa tiket yang sah akan dikeluarkan dari lokasi acara. Dalam kondisi tertentu orang yang demikian akan dilaporkan ke pihak kepolisian dan akan dituntut telah melakukan tindakan penyerobotan ataupun tindak kekerasan
  Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in immediate removal from the event grounds. In certain cases, we will contact the police and press charges against the violators
• Pihak Promotor berhak sewaktu-waktu untuk mengubah pengaturan denah dan penataan penempatan pengunjung di dalam lokasi acara.
  The Promoter reserves the right to change the layout and the seating of the audience in the event location at any time.
