GENERAL REGULATIONS
KETENTUAN UMUM

1. Tickets can only be purchased through Loket.com, tickets can only be used into The Hold On Tight Tour Jakarta 2024.
   Tiket hanya dapat dibeli melalui Loket.com, tiket hanya dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke acara konser The Hold On Tight Tour.
2. Ticket price excludes Government Tax 10%, admin fee 5%, convenience fee and any other applicable charges.
   Harga Tiket tidak termasuk pajak 10%, biaya admin 5%, dan biaya lainnya.
3. Make sure your ticket purchase has used valid and correct data. (ID Card/KTP/KK/Student Card/SIM/Passport). Your ticket cannot be changed and/or modified once the purchase has been made.
   Pastikan Anda melakukan pembelian tiket dengan menggunakan data Anda yang sah dan benar (Kartu Identitas/Kartu Pelajar/KTP/KK/SIM/Paspor). Tiket Anda tidak dapat di ubah dan/atau dimodifikasi setelah pembelian sudah dilakukan.
4. Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or refunded.
   Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat di tukar, diuangkan ataupun di kembalikan.
5. After successfully purchasing a ticket, an e-ticket will be sent to your email, which will be exchanged for a wristband.
   Setelah berhasil melakukan pembelian tiket, e-ticket akan dikirimkan ke email, yang nantinya akan ditukarkan dengan gelang tiket.
   
6. Please bring a valid ID card/KK/Passport/Driving License/Student Card with your personal information that matches on the e-ticket in order to redeem your Wristband/Tickets.
   Dimohon untuk membawa KTP/KK/Passport/SIM/Kartu Pelajar asli sesuai dengan data yang tertera di e-ticket pada saat penukaran gelang tiket.
7. Details of the time and place of wristband redemption will be informed through Inside Indo's social media.
   Detail waktu dan tempat penukaran gelang tiket akan di informasikan melalui media sosial Inside Indo (@insideindo.co.id).
8. No replacement wristbands will be issued under any circumstances if lost & damaged due to personal reasons. Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or damaged wristband(s).
   Tidak ada gelang tiket pengganti yang akan dikeluarkan dalam kondisi apa pun jika hilang & rusak karena alasan apapun. Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas gelang tiket yang hilang, dicuri atau rusak.
9. Only ticket holders with valid wristbands will be permitted to enter the venue, if the ticket is transferred, the ticket holder must bring a copy of the ticket buyer's identity.
   Hanya pemilik gelang tiket yang valid yang dapat masuk ke dalam tempat pertunjukan, apabila tiket dipindahtangankan, penerima tiket wajib membawa copy identitas pembeli tiket.
10. Be careful using your e-ticket, because the unique barcode can only be scanned 1 (one) time. Once you have obtained your wristband and entered the event area, you will not be allowed to leave the area and re-enter (no re-entry).
    Berhati-hatilah menggunakan e-ticket Anda, karena unique barcode hanya dapat di scan sebanyak 1 (satu) kali. Setelah Anda memperoleh gelang tiket dan masuk ke area acara, Anda tidak akan diperbolehkan untuk keluar area dan masuk kembali (no re-entry).
11. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and/or evict persons who do not comply with the terms and conditions of the event.
    Penyelenggara berhak untuk menolak masuk dan/atau mengeluarkan orang-orang yang tidak mentaati syarat dan ketentuan acara.
    
12. Promoter reserves the right to change or add to any of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
    Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk mengubah ataupun menambahkan syarat-syarat di syarat & ketentuan tanpa pemberitahuan lebih dahulu.
    

13. All ticket holders are prohibited from smoking (including e-cigarettes) at the concert venue.Seluruh pemegang tiket tidak diperkenankan untuk merokok (termasuk rokok elektrik) di area konser.

EVENT REGULATIONS
KETENTUAN ACARA

1. For VIP ticket holders, the Meet and Greet and group photos will take place at 5pm.
   Bagi pemegang tiket VIP, Meet and Greet dan foto grup akan dilaksanakan pada pukul 17:00 WIB.
2. For CAT 1 ticket holders, will be allowed to early access at 5.30pm, and group photos will be taken at 6.15pm.
   Bagi pemegang tiket CAT 1 akan masuk venue lebih awal yaitu pada pukul 17:30 WIB dan foto grup akan dilakukan pada pukul 18:15 WIB.
3. For CAT 2 ticket holders, will be allowed to enter venue at 6.30pm.
   Bagi pemegang tiket CAT 2 akan diperbolehkan masuk venue pada pukul 18:30 WIB.
4. Doors open at 6.30pm and the event will start at 7pm.
   Pintu akan dibuka pada pukul 18:30 WIB dan acara akan di mulai pada pukul 19:00 WIB.
5. All ticket buyers will be standing & no seats provided during the event.
   ⁠Semua pembeli tiket akan berdiri dan tidak disediakan kursi selama acara berlangsung.
6. For those who arrive early, will have the opportunity to get the most convenient spot according to your preference (first come first serve).
   ⁠Bagi Anda yang datang lebih awal, Anda akan memiliki kesempatan untuk mendapatkan tempat yang inginkan atau paling nyaman sesuai dengan preferensi (first come first serve).

2. All kinds of weapons and dangerous objects, and objects that are prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
   Semua jenis senjata dan benda berbahaya, serta benda-benda yang dilarang berdasarkan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku.
3. Alcoholic beverages, drugs, psychotropic, or other items containing harmful substances is prohibited.
   Minuman beralkohol, obat-obatan terlarang, narkoba, psikotropika, atau barang-barang yang mengandung zat berbahaya lainnya.

6. Food & drinks from the outside
   Makanan & minuman dari luar venue

8. Flammable objects or liquids
   Benda atau cairan yang mudah terbakar

    Botol kaca, yang meliputi botol minum, botol parfum, dan lainnya yang sejenis.
