Ticket Terms and Conditions

• 1 ticket is valid for 1 person
• Children aged 0-3 do not need to purchase a ticket
• Attendance is required on the date specified on the purchased ticket
• E-tickets must be exchanged for wristbands on the date specified on the ticket
• To enter the venue, visitors must show the wristband corresponding to the day of their visit (day 1 / day 2 / day 3)
• Visitors can re-enter between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM as long as they are wearing a valid wristband
• No replacement wristbands will be provided (lost or damaged wristbands are the responsibility of the visitor)
• Cashless payment system only

Terms and Conditions inside the SOI Indoor Hall :

• Eating and drinking are prohibited within the indoor hall area.
• Smoking/vaping/pods are prohibited within the indoor hall area.
• Carrying firearms/sharp objects is prohibited.
• Littering is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed inside the indoor hall.
• You may bring your own umbrella (for outdoor areas).

Terms and Conditions for Jastiper:

• Carrying suitcases larger than cabin size (7kg, 18 inches, 40x30x20cm) is not allowed.
• Only suitcases with 4 wheels are permitted inside the hall (SOI does not provide storage services, hence, suitcases that cannot be brought inside the hall are not the responsibility of the SOI Team).
• Opening suitcases inside the hall is not allowed.
