SYARAT & KETENTUAN
- A Valid e-ticket and proof ID must be presented for admission to Poze ticketing area.
- Ticket Redemption only available on the selected day - from 10AM - 10PM.
- Each Purchase tickets is valid for only one-time entry.
- Each Purchase tickets is valid for only 1 person, except for family pack - 4 persons.
- Poze is not responsible for the loss of this e-ticket.
- Regular and Family Pack Ticket are valid Monday - Sunday, and VIP tickets are valid on Wednesday - Sunday.
- Free entry for under 2 years.
- No Refund will be made under any circumstances, once the payment transaction for your e-ticket(s) order has been completed and confirmed.
- Please adjust its attendance according to the date of arrival at the e-ticket, if it does not match the date of arrival, the e-ticket dose not apply to the entrance ticket.
- No Food and Drinks, No Weapon, No Drugs.
