Training to becoming a dynamic athlete with a solid foundation requires development in both strength and cardio based capacities. Each with proper form and execution. This workout will be sustained strength-based movements and output with extended duration to build resiliency and adaptation to fatigue. This will allows for injury prevention and the ability to further advance performance.
