  • Plyometrics are exercises that aim to develop strength and speed by conditioning the neuromuscular and elastic characteristics of the muscle. This can consist of quick and explosive movements from one direction to the next or variations of jumping and landing. The main objective of plyo training is essential for athletes of all sports and fitness levels to produce greater power by training the muscles to contract more quickly and forcefully to provide for more explosive output
