Conditions of Admission

The management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse Ticket holders admission to the Venue in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.

The management of the Venue also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, the Venue may remove a Ticket holder who: has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Venue has, or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors; or uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or in the reasonable opinion of the Venue is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age. You must comply with instructions and directions given by Venue staff and stewards. No refunds will be given to Ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behavior as suggested in, but not limited to, the examples above.

Restrictions and prohibitions

The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any Venue is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed. Any recording made of an Event in breach of these conditions shall belong to the Promoter. The Promoter and Venue will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.

By attending an Event, Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience. The Promoter may use such films and recordings (including any copies) without payment.

Ticket holders shall not bring into the Venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the Event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

Alcohol may only be consumed in public bars and other authorized areas. Smoking is permitted within a designated smoking Area.

The following are not permitted within any Venue:

1) Animal (with the exception of guide dogs);

2) Laser pens

3) Your own food and drink (unless permitted by the Venue);

4) Bottles, cans or glass containers (unless permitted by the Venue);

5) any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives); and

6) Illegal substances.

The management of the Venue reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the Venue, may cause danger or disruption to other members of the audience or the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed above.

Every effort shall be made to admit latecomers to Events at a suitable break in the Event, which may be the interval, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.

Ticket holders may only leave and re-enter the Venue during an Event at the discretion of the management of the Venue. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.

The obstruction of gangways, access-ways, exits, entrances or staircases, congregating in non-designated areas or seeking entry to stands or seats for which You do not hold a Ticket is strictly forbidden.

Video Footage & Photography

During an Event, we may shoot video footage and take photographs of the Event which may include video footage and photographs of you and/or your Attendees. You hereby consent (and confirm that you have procured the consent of your booked Attendees) to your and/or their inclusion in such video footage and photographs. You hereby grant (and confirm that you have procured the grant) to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, assignable, transferable right to use any such video footage and photographs.

Force Majeure

If such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the party affected and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence the party affected was unable to prevent provided that event or circumstance is limited to the following:

riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), acts of terrorism, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection of military or usurped power, requisition or compulsory acquisition by any governmental or competent authority ionizing radiation or contamination, radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive assembly or nuclear component pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic or supersonic speeds earthquakes, flood, fire or other physical natural disaster, but excluding weather conditions regardless of severity strikes or industrial disputes at a national level, or strikes or industrial disputes. The client has no entitlement to, and the Promoter and Venue has no liability for: any costs, losses, expenses, damages or the payment of any part of the price during an event of force majeure

Dress Code

Smart Casual. We ask all guests to check the weather conditions and dress appropriately. We do also ask no singlets, thongs, bridal paraphernalia, heavy jewelry or offensive clothing. We ask for no gang related. Security still reserve the right to refuse entry to any group or guest.

Other

Our guests shall conduct the event in an orderly manner and within the full rules set out by Roosterfish Beach Club management and in accordance with Indonesia laws. Roosterfish Beach Club practices responsible service of alcohol and has the right to refuse entry to any group or guest. We legally cannot accept “Hens” or “Bucks” celebrations of bookings during that day. All guests are required to have valid ID 18+.

Tickets are Non-Refundable. NO ticket upgrades. NOT FOR RESALE. NO RE ENTRY.

Tickets will be send by e-mail. Tickets once validated at entry can no longer be 


used. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep it safe and to avoid duplication.


Entry will have permitted only to the owner of the ticket with valid ID.

Rights of Admission Reserved, organizer reserves the right to refuse entry.

The organizer does not take any responsibility towards loss and/or damage of any

personal belongings.
