Here, we invite you to experience a healthy living while doing networking at the same time. Specifically for those of you who are busy with work for the whole day, you will find it difficult to divide your time to exercise and start feeling less productive at work. not only sharing, in this program you will also gain new networks, on top of that we will exercise together.The event will be opened with a talkshow, as well as sharing sessions by speakers who will provide information about sports and health. Tempo media will also share on how Tempo manage a good and healthy culture by practicing an exercise program every week.Â
The topic will be about âPractical Healthy Diet to improve work performanceâ and will be followed by a networking session after the intense training.Â
