KATCHAFEST Terms and Conditions

• GENERAL

1. By ordering and paying for Katchafest tickets, the buyer declares that she/he has read, understood, agreed to, and is subject to all applicable terms and conditions.
2. In ordering Katchafest Tickets, the buyer is responsible for agreeing to always provide complete and valid data according to the valid official identity to be adequately used in the series of Katchafest ticket ordering processes. Any losses arising from user errors or omissions in providing the data required for this service are the sole responsibility of each buyer.
3. All Entry Pass holders are required to take the COVID-19 vaccine and Check-in and Check-out using Peduli Lindungi Apps or Showing the Vaccine Certificate.
4. The buyer agrees that every action of the buyer when ordering a Katchafest ticket is based on the buyer's agreement, including the number of tickets purchased, filling in the number of participants and the identity of each participant, payment methods, and so on.
5. All losses arising from the buyer's negligence or error in understanding or following the procedures and procedures for ordering and payment as regulated in these Terms & Conditions are not the responsibility of Katchafest officials.
6. Each booking session is limited by a time limit for booking and paying for tickets. The buyer agrees to make payment before the ticket payment deadline expires. Payments outside the payment deadline are not permitted and the ordering session process will be canceled automatically and is not the responsibility of Katchafest.
   
   

• SPECIAL

1. By ordering Katchafest tickets, buyers agree to be willing to receive broadcast messages regarding promos and services offered by TT Beach Club.
2. The buyer agrees to comply with the regulations made by the organizer and is willing to accept sanctions if a violation is found.
3. By ordering Katchafest tickets, the buyer agrees not to do “Re-Entry” while at the event venue.
   
   
   

• CANCELLATION

1. If a force majeure occurs on the day the event takes place, the buyer agrees to wait for the event to be held until an undetermined time and if within the specified time the event cannot be controlled, a refund process will be carried out.
2. Ticket cancellations, changes to tickets, refunds, and other matters related to the use of event organizing services are the policy and responsibility of the event organizer by referring to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer.

• AT THE VENUE

1. Katchafest is a show that is held by implementing strict health protocols according to CHSE standards (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability).
2. Please comply with the health protocols implemented by the organizers in the venue area, wash hands, use masks, and keep your distance (3M).
3. The organizers take firm action and have the right to get visitors out of the venue if they do not comply with the health protocols that have been implemented.
4. Katchafest will not be accepting any cash transactions at the venue, there will be cashless transactions using an RFID wristband
5. Ticket buyers are required to all transactions using an RFID wristband
6. All the remaining  value on the RFID wristband only could be refunded one day after the show (7 August 2022) at TT Beach Club from 12:00 - 22:00
7. Forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside into the venue.
8. Prohibited to carry and use any illegal medicine, drugs, psychotropic substances, or items containing other dangerous substances.
9. Forbidden to bring sharp weapons/fire, explosives, and objects prohibited under the provisions of the applicable laws into the venue.
10. Not allowed to bring a pet.
11. Gate opens at 13:00
12. No Entry from 19:00

• TICKET REDEMPTION

1. Ticket redemption will be informed through the @ttbeachclub Instagram account 7 prior to the show.
2. The ticket can only be redeemed 1 day prior to the show at TT Beach Club.
