Event Terms and Conditions for Supporters

Indonesia vs. Malaysia Friendly Match

Venue: GOR Amongrogo, Yogyakarta

By attending the event, all supporters agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket and Entry
2. Admission is granted only with a valid wristband, which must be collected at the entrance upon presenting your ticket.
3. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event and are non-transferable.
4. Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband and within designated times as set by the event organizers.
5. Prohibited Items
6. The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons, flammable objects, fireworks, laser pointers, alcohol, illegal substances, and any other objects deemed dangerous by event security.
7. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
8. Code of Conduct
9. Supporters are expected to behave respectfully towards others at all times. Offensive language, discriminatory behavior, or violent conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue without refund.
10. Supporters must follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel.
11. Seating and Venue Regulations
12. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. No reserving of seats is allowed.
13. Standing on seats, climbing fences, or any other unsafe behavior is prohibited.
14. The event organizers reserve the right to relocate supporters if necessary for safety reasons.
15. Photography and Recording
16. By attending the event, you consent to photography, video, and audio recording, which may be used for promotional and other purposes by the event organizers.
17. Professional cameras, video equipment, and drones are not permitted without prior approval.
18. Health and Safety
19. Supporters must adhere to all health and safety protocols, including any government-mandated guidelines.
20. In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of security and emergency personnel.
21. Refunds and Cancellations
22. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
23. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refund procedures will be communicated accordingly.
24. Liability
25. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
26. Event Changes
27. The event schedule, including the time of the match, is subject to change. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
