- Tickets are non-refundable
All purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please make sure picking the right tickets/ bundling tickets. Please double check before purchasing.Â
 - Make sure name, email address, & mobile number are correctÂ
Participants will be invited to join Whatsapp groups in which the link to join the zoom meeting will be sent nearer the webinar session. Please make sure you enter the correct number registered to Whatsapp. Certificate will be generated according to the name written in the form and will be sent through email. Make sure your name, title, and email address are correct.Â
 - Make sure your internet connections are stable
During the webinar, we are using zoom meeting platform and attendees who are eligible in getting the certificates are those registered in the zoom meeting reports automatically generated from the platform. Make sure your internet connections are stable so that your attendance are recorded in the platform. Â
 - You can only purchase 5 tickets under your name at each transaction
Should you choose to purchase more than 5 single tickets or you need to purchase tickets for others, you will need to purchase them in different transactions.
 - Speakers, moderators, and time of webinars are to be confirmedÂ
Speakers, moderators, and time of webinars are subject to change according to the time availability of all speakers and moderators. Final speakers, moderators, and time of webinars will be announced through participants' whatsapp group nearer each webinar session.Â
 - Certificates (IDI Accredited) will be sent in maximum 3 weeks after the webinar session
More time might be needed for the first two webinar titles, due to the IDI Accreditation process.
