    About the Topic

    User Research holds a dynamic and a very important role in a successful business. It ensures that all departments in a company understand who our customers are, what are their goals, needs and their pain points. By understanding the customers, the company might create a better strategy and develop a more suitable product.     Within this occasion, Glints collaborates with Blibli Design to conduct an exclusive Online Glints ExpertClass UX Research 101 Series which consist of 3 session webinars. This webinar is aimed for sharing knowledge and skills be it for professionals as in individual contributors who are still new in a professional world of UX Research and to make them understand how to build a career in UX Research stream. At the same time this webinar will be a resourceful leadership guide for every UX professional who already becomes a leader within their organization, through developing and improving their leadership skills.

    1. [SESSION 1] UX Research 101 Series: Stepping Up Qualitative Research Game
    Speakers: Alfandio Grasheldi and Steven Nugraha (Both are UX Researcher of Blibli)

    Within this session, you will be expected to deliver an out on:

    • Further understanding on product development process from a user research perspective.
    • How to identify the types of qualitative research and choose the most suitable method to answer their needs.
    • How to prepare and conduct a qualitative research.
    • How to generate findings into insights and communicate it through the report.
       

    2. [SESSION 2] UX Research 101 Series: How To Gain UX Insights Through Numbers
    Speakers: Lahansari and Kelly Adelina Auyan (Both are UX Researcher of Blibli)
    Date: Saturday, 3rd October 2020
    Time: 13:00 - 15:00
    Within this session, you will be expected to deliver an out on:

    • Fundamental understanding on quantitative UX research, when to do quantitative UX research and the differences between the quantitative and qualitative research.
    • How to define each types of quantitative UX research and choose the most suitable method to answer their needs.

    3. [SESSION 3] UX Research 101 Series: Essential Guide for UX Research Leader

    Speakers: Francisca Ayrhes (UX Research Lead of Blibli) and Leonella Petrina Massardi (UX Researcher of Blibli)
    Date: Saturday, 3rd October 2020
    Time: 16:00 - 18:00
    Within this session, you will be expected to deliver an out on:

    • As for the first jobbers/junior to mid-level professionals, audiences will be able to understand how to step into a career path in the UX Research field.
    • As for professionals who are projected as future leaders, audiences will be able to understand what it takes to become a leader (skills and knowledge required as a leader).
