-Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticketÂ
-Prices are in Indonesian RupiahÂ
-Online bookings must be paid in full at time of bookingÂ
-Bookings made are non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundableÂ
-Accepted form of payment via online system is credit card only. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MastercardÂ
-NYE Prices are per adult over 18 years old. Children not permitted
-Finns Beach Club strictly forbids the on selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund - Booking OnlineÂ
-Full payment is required at the time of booking
-Online bookings and any subsequent payments
 made to Finns Beach Club are strictly
 nonrefundable, non-transferable and cannot be
 cancelled
- After completing your booking an automatic e
 booking confirmation will be emailed to your
 designated email address. Please present at Finns
 Beach Club Reception upon arrival
-Online booking is not applicable for group bookings
-All bookings will be treated individually - Arrival TimesÂ
-Finns New Years Eve Party starts at 3pm
-Finns New Years Day Party Start at 12noon
-Guests must show booking confirmation via  hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at Finns Beach Club Reception
-Proof of age may be required upon arrival
-No pass outs

-We have structured our website so you can visit us and obtain information easily. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, you can be sure that it will only be used in accordance within the data protection laws Â

-New Year’s Day Party at Finns Beach Club is  12noon - MidnightÂ
-New Year’s Eve is an 18+ event. Photographic ID will be required for entry.Â
-New Year̢۪s Day is an all ages event
-By your participation, you accept the inherent risks  of possible injury or harm associated with water
 sports and other activities at our beach club and the
 inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water. You should consider this participation in
 responsible manner and with good judgmentÂ
-We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss
 where negligence cannot be attributed to the
 owners and operators of Finns Beach Club
-No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club
-You agree to let us inspect any bags or other goods in your possession upon entering Finns Beach Club̢۪s premises
-All personal belongings are solely the ticket holders responsibility, the venue and promoter take no responsibility for lost or stolen items - -Restrictions or limitations on access to the beach club and beach may be imposed at any time
-You may be evicted from Finn's Beach Club for inappropriate behaviour
-We may close the complete beach club, specific areas and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is effected Finns reservations will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
-We reserve the rights to modify the conditions of  entry at any time
-We strongly recommend taking travel insurance to cover non attendance due to travel delays coming to Bali with the Mt Agung Volcanoâ€
-There will be no refunds for any person not   attending for any reason
-Finn’s has the ability to change the artists line up if necessary due to issues caused by natural disasters without notice and having to refundâ€Â - I understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion and marketing purposes.Â
