FINNS BALI DAY PASS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. FINNS Bali Day Pass is valid for one day entry only.
2. Guests must show a valid Indonesian KIP to the Receptionist upon arrival. Failure to show, normal prices apply.
3. Access to Co-Working Hub - Unlimited to Co-Working areas and 1 Hour at Silent Booth.
4. Tennis courts, sports Field, Fitness class, spa and single Deluxe Beds are subject to availability.
5. 1X single Deluxe Bed with no minimum spends, walk-in only and subject to availability at Splash Water Park and at Finns Beach Club.
6. Maximum of One (1) Body Temple Spa Voucher per person per treatment.
7. IDR 100,000 Spa Gift Voucher is applicable at Body Temple Spa only at FINNS Recreation Club. Minimum 30 minutes treatment is applicable.
8. Children under 3 years are free of charge, except for Cubby House Kids Club. The child must be accompanied by a parent ticket holder to be entitled to the free of charge entry.
9. Cubby House Kids Club is a maximum 1 Hour Free per child per day. Additional time at Cubby House after one hour included is at published rates. Child must be a ticket holder.
10. Security Deposit of IDR 100,000 per person is required. Tennis racket rent is IDR 50,000 per hour and IDR 40,000 for ball hire. Prices are subject to change.
11. Towel and Locker available for rent at Splash Water Park and FINNS Beach Club.
12. Additional charge applies for food and beverage.
13. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or events.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Original vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
2. Confirmed bookings need to be sent to [email protected] . Reservations Team willrecord the bookings for invoicing.
3. Reservations Is required of sell & report basis to [email protected] minimum 1 day prior to guest arrival.
4. Reservations canceled outside 30 days prior to arrival incur nil penalty. Cancellation inside 30 days will be charged 100%.
5. Amendments are permitted without penalty within 30 days from original booking date.
6. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, non-returnable or exchangeable for cash.
7. No outside food and beverage permitted to the venues.
8. FINNS Beach club entrance is not valid for special events.
9. Closed on Nyepi Day (Silence Day) on Monday, 11' March 2024.
10. Selling FINNS products via Online Travel Agent is not permitted.
11. Combining FINNS product with other 3rd party supplier requires permission from FINNS Management.
12. Any breach of condition .10 and .11 will result in immediate cancellation of this contract.
13. This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and their designee, and shall not be disclosed to third parties. Unauthorized disclosure of contents will automatically cancel this agreement.
14. The laws constituted by the Republic of Indonesia govern this contract agreement. Al legal issues shall be handled by the appropriate Indonesian authorities.
15. Prices are net including tax and service charge and are subject to change.
16. Contract rates are for FIT. GIT will be refused reservations and entrance.
17. All marketing materials must be approved by FINNS Bali.
18. Any promotions or advertising below published rate must be approved by FINNS Bali.
