Ticket Rules and Regulations

1. Online purchase of Chronicle Escape tickets will receive an e-voucher. We also provide Walk-In Tickets at the venue (Virgin Beach Club). Print of e-voucher is not necessary; Digital e-voucher are acceptable.
2. 1 (one) ticket is valid for 1 (one) person and 1 (one) entry, Tickets are not transferable.
3. Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
4. Wristbands MUST be used immediately after entering the Chronicle Escape area.
5. The barcode will be scanned by our staff upon entry. E-vouchers and tickets will then be exchanged for wristbands.
6. Guests are not allowed to record/post during the event.
7. Re-entries are not allowed after 22.00 WITA
8. Guests are strictly prohibited from making a violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening disruptive behavior that occurs at Chronicle Escape, any form of violence will be followed up by the authorities. 
9. For package ticket buyers (crossing and lodging) return will follow the time that has been determined by the committee. If there are things that are outside the committee's provisions, such as check out time or early return time, the committee will help to coordinate with these third parties (transportation and accommodation service providers) and the costs incurred as a result of this policy will not be the responsibility of the committee.
10. Committees are not responsible for any kind of loss.
11. All provisions by the committee are absolute for approval

Prohibited Items:

1. Outside food or drinks.
2. Weapon, sharp objects, and flammables
3. Drugs and illegal substances
4. Professional camera (with detachable lenses) and audio recording equipment.
5. Plastic bottles, glasses, and cans.
6. Rollerblades, bicycles, and other personal vehicles.
7. Any other potentially hazardous and dangerous items.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

1. All attendees are REQUIRED to undergo body temperature checks before entering the Chronicle Escape area and have a body temperature below 37.3° C.
2. The committee strictly adheres to the protocol and prevent the spread of Covid-19. We expected that guest will be present 30 minutes before 15.00 WITA at Serangan Harbor for the preparation and registration of the SWAB test has been include with ticket or package held by the committee before crossing
3. Before entering the Chronicle Escape area at Virgin Beach, attendees are REQUIRED to undergo body temperature checks and have at least 2 (two) vaccination certificates.
4. All attendees are REQUIRED to wear masks in the Chronicle Escape area.
5. Attendees are REQUIRED to follow Health Protocols that apply in all Chronicle Escape areas.
6. Sneezing and coughing etiquettes shall be applied.
7. Avoid physical contact.
8. Maintain hand hygiene by washing your hands using running water or hand sanitizer.
9. It is recommended to bring necessary personal equipment and supplies such as water bottles, utensils, and others.
10. All parties must comply with and implement the applicable health protocols in the Chronicle Escape area.
