The Chevening Alumni Association Indonesia is an association of alumni recipient of the Chevening Scholarship from the British Government. Under the framework of Chevening Alumni Project that is supported by British Embassy, we are proudly to host the very first School of Tolerance in 2019 under the theme “Celebrating Diversity”.

School of Tolerance aims to promote youth leadership in campaigning peace and tolerance while examining individual roles in their own community, workplace and school environment.

We hope to welcoming graduates of this event as Young Peacemakers as an impetus of tolerance awareness movement in their respective community. All participants will be invited to share their thoughts and takeaways on social media with predetermined hashtag.  We will also collect outcomes of FGD in the forms of presentation/written campaign and generate post-event campaign that will be posted in social media to spread awareness about youth movement in promoting tolerance and diversity.

This event also create opportunities for the future Chevening scholars to meet fellow applicants and network with alumni.
