General Terms and Conditions 

1. Participants are required to make the payment based on the regulations determined by LOKET.COM after filling the registration form. 
2. Please make the payment right after registering, failure to do so will result in the cancellation of this registration.
3. If participants have failed to do payment within the expected time or due to the expiry of the payment code, participants are expected to do a re-registration. Please be aware of the payment deadline to prevent payment failure.
4. Information on the maximum payment limit at Loket.com, including:
   • Virtual Account BCA: 3 hours
   • Virtual Account Mandiri: 3 hours
   • Indomaret: 3 hours
   • ATM Transfer: 3 hours
   • Gopay: 15 minutes
   • ShopeePay: 15 minutes
   • Link Aja: 5 minutes
5. All valid payments will be processed, NO refund available.
6. Participants are required to check their respective email for event details which will be sent automatically by LOKET.COM for payment confirmation and ticket (only after valid payment). Kindly click on the “Click Here” hyperlink on the confirmation email followed by clicking on the “Watch Here” hyperlink on the E-Voucher to join the 6th ISON Whatsapp group. The link for the webinar and symposiums will be informed through the Whatsapp group and email. Failure to do so within 24 hours, the committee will invite you to the group chat manually. 
7. Several days prior to the event, a reminder email will be sent to you through the committee email ([email protected]) consisting of a booklet, seminar link, symposium link, and other related details. 
8. If there are any problems with the email listed on the registration form, participants are required to check the backup contact that has been filled in the registration form.
9. Participants are recommended to actively check their email, especially the spam folder.
10. Participants MUST attend the event from the beginning until the end (including symposiums) to be eligible to receive the certificate with 4 SKP. 
11. Module, recording, and certificate will be sent to participants' respective emails no later than 3 weeks due to the long process of the SKP. Participants that wish to receive the modules and recordings early are welcome to contact us via email ([email protected]) or through the 6th ISON contact person (Shilla: 081770093822). 
12. If you have any inquiries regarding the event, do not hesitate to contact us via email ([email protected]) or through the 6th ISON contact person (Shilla: 081770093822).
13. By registering to our event, participants have agreed to the 6th ISON terms and conditions.

Specific Terms and Conditions for International Participants

1. If you wish to translate the LOKET.COM page into your preferred language, kindly do a right-click (on your mouse or pad) anywhere on the web page and choose translate, or use google translate which pops up on the top right side of the webpage. 
2. If the step above is not available on your device,  another alternative is to use google translate on your computer. In the left text box, enter the URL (bit.ly/ISON6 or https://loket.com/event/6th-international-seminar-on-nutrition) and choose the language you want to translate into. On the right box, click on the URL that appears, and the URL will be opened in a new tab and the page will be translated. Kindly repeat this step to translate another page. 
3. International participants that are registering through devices apart from computers (cellphone, tab, ipad, etc) can click here for instructions on translating the web page 
4. Payments are available ONLY through visa or mastercard.
5. Confirmation emails that are sent by LOKET.COM are available to be translated to preferred language by clicking the more icon beside the reply icon
6. For purchases of the bundling tickets, participants are required to send the information details of the other participant (using the same format as shown on LOKET.COM) to the 6th ISON email ([email protected]). Failure to do so within 24 hours, an email will be sent by the committee to you for follow-up confirmation purposes. 
7. For participants with the bundling tickets purchases, confirmation is MANDATORY as it will affect the granting of the certificate.
