RFID Technology

RFID Technology
RFID or Radio Frequency Identification is a wireless technology to transfer data between a RFID reader and a RFID tag that can be integrated in a wristband or membership card. Each tag contains a unique ID to easily identify the person wearing the RFID consumable.

The advantages for visitors are probably the most appreciated ones. Event organizers want their visitors to live a great experience throughout the event.

For events RFID is mainly used for access control, brand activation and cashless payments. A number of advantages can be created when the technology is used in the right way. Not just for the organizers, but also for sponsoring brands and visitors.
Access Control
As an event starts at the entrance it is important that the visitors experience starts well. Avoiding queues at the beginning are here to help. By using RFID for access control a higher number of visitors can be handled. The in-­out flow is faster and easier.
Brand Activation
